We are seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Python, Flask, React, and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for clean code, and the ability to work across both backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Flask) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.

- Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance applications.

- Ensure code quality through clean, reusable, and efficient coding practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.

- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.

- Stay updated with modern full-stack development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills :

- Python (4+ years of professional experience).

- Flask framework for backend development.

- React.js for frontend development.

- RESTful API design and integration.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+.

- Good understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, etc.).
