We are hiring a FullStack Engineer (Python Django + React) to deliver scalable and secure applications for our BFSI clients.

This Individual Contributor role requires depth in backend engineering with Python (Django/Flask) combined with front-end experience in React.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of total software development experience, including.

Depth Requirement :

- Python (Django/Flask).

- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.

- Minimum 2 years hands-on.

- Must have built REST APIs, ORM queries, middleware, authentication modules, and error-handling flows.

- Should have contributed to at least one end-to-end Django/Flask application.

- React (JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Must have contributed to production React projects.

- Should have built/modified components, handled state using hooks/Redux, integrated REST APIs, and managed responsive UI behavior.

- Independent UI ownership not required.

- Software Engineering Fundamentals.

- Demonstrated application of PEP8 coding standards, SOLID design principles, and MVC patterns in real projects.

- Experience writing unit tests (PyTest/Jest).

- TDD exposure is sufficient; strict TDD practice not mandatory.

- Full-Stack Delivery.

- Experience integrating Django/Flask APIs with React UI.

- Ability to troubleshoot across layers.

- Not required to have led both sides independently.

- CI/CD Pipelines.

- Contributor-level experience : triggered builds, resolved pipeline errors, understood deployment logs.

- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Not required to architect pipelines independently.
