Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with experience in developing scalable web applications using Python frameworks and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience with frontend frameworks, and a good understanding of databases, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

- Build robust backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Design and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.

- Perform code reviews and troubleshoot production issues.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure application quality through unit testing and integration testing.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integration.

- Good knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is an added advantage.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerized application development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes.

- Experience with Microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.

- Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as PyTest or Selenium.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
