Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for software development and a desire to work on impactful projects. As a Full Stack Developer at SyncIQ.ai, you will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, playing a crucial role in the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Design and implement server-side logic using Python.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : At least 3 years in full-stack development/projects.

- Front-End : Proficiency in React.js.

- Back-End : Strong knowledge of Python.

- Additional Requirement : Experience with basic DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD) OR exposure to Agentic AI systems.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow management.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience or interest in LLM (Large Language Model) experimentation.
