Python Full Stack Developer

Product / Fullstack Lead (SaaS | Architecture & Delivery Focused)

Location : Hyderabad (Work from office)

Experience : 6-15 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

What We are Looking For, A hands-on full-stack technical leader who can :

- Build and launch new products (especially from scratch, 01 stage)

- Lead architecture, product design, and delivery

- Work in a fast-paced startup-style environment

- Handle both technical execution and product ownership

Key Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

Backend : Python (mandatory), Node.js

Frontend : React.js, React Native

Cloud & Infra : Google Cloud (GCP), Docker, CI/CD

Architecture : Hexagonal / Clean architecture, Microservices, DDD

DevOps : Automated testing, deployment pipelines

Responsibilities in Simple Terms :

- Take ownership of building new SaaS products end-to-end

- Design the system architecture and lead development teams

- Convert business ideas into working products fast

- Manage deployment and ensure scalability on GCP

- Mentor developers and maintain high-quality code

- Work closely with product, design, and business teams

Nice to Have :

- Experience with event-driven systems, message queues

- Worked with monorepos or modular services

- Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tooling

- Background as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager in a startup

- Exposure to AI or Agentic AI projects (preferred)

Domain :

- Preferably Healthcare, but not mandatory

- Prefer candidates from startup / mid-size / product-based companies
