Location: Hyderabad

Relocation: Pan India candidates willing to relocate may apply

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Work Mode: Hybrid 2 days per week from client office

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Python, MLOps & AWS Developer with strong expertise in cloud-native application development, MLOps platforms, distributed systems and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable, secure and reliable solutions on AWS and should be comfortable working across Python development, cloud infrastructure, MLOps pipelines and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS.

- Architect reliable, secure and cost-effective solutions following AWS best practices.

- Develop and maintain MLOps platforms and machine learning workflows.

- Build APIs, microservices and real-time applications.

- Work with distributed systems, system integration, testing and troubleshooting.

- Design monitoring, logging, error detection and recovery strategies.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Integrate applications with messaging and queueing systems.

- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering and cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to technical architecture, design discussions and engineering best practices.

- Mentor team members and help establish processes and development standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 612 years of overall software engineering experience; preferably 8+ years.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Strong experience architecting and deploying scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud-native solutions.

- Strong understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud migration/workload transition challenges.

- Hands-on experience with Python.

- Experience with Flask, Django, AsyncIO or similar Python frameworks.

- Strong MLOps experience with AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow or MLflow.

- Experience with distributed applications, APIs and microservices.

- Experience with AWS services such as:

1. EKS

2. S3

3. RDS

4. Lambda

5. Aurora

6. ECS/Fargate

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline or Harness.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar asynchronous messaging systems.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk or other monitoring/logging tools.

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.

- Experience with Kubeflow, MLflow or Airflow.

- Experience building automated and scheduled ML/analytical pipelines.

- Experience establishing new engineering processes and best practices.

Education :

- BE/B.Tech/MCA or any relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
