About the Role :

We are looking for a highly proficient Python Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, scripting, and DevOps practices.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Python development within Linux environments and a deep understanding of end-to-end CI/CD pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation scripts and tools using Python and Shell scripting.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Build, manage, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, and GitHub Actions to ensure efficient and reliable software deliveries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps) to streamline and automate the software development lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, test, and production environments.

- Implement and manage containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Perform system administration and automation tasks in Linux-based environments.

- Enforce best practices in version control, code quality, and deployment using Git and GitHub.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Python development for automation.

- Mandatory : Expert-level proficiency in Linux and Shell scripting (Bash).

- Proven experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins (mandatory), Tekton, or GitHub Actions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform and Ansible.

- In-depth understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.

- Solid experience with version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.

- Knowledge of configuration management and automation best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
