About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Python Engineers with a focus on Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Vector Stores, and Azure OpenAI. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and applications using Python and relevant frameworks.

- Implement and optimize solutions involving RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.

- Work extensively with Vector Stores for efficient data retrieval and semantic search.

- Leverage Azure OpenAI services to build and enhance AI functionalities.

- Develop and maintain Python frameworks, including those for Deep Learning (DL), Machine Learning (ML), FastAPI, and Flask.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skillset & Experience :

Overall Experience : 5 to 6 years of experience in software development.

Python Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Generative AI Experience : At least 2 years of dedicated experience in developing Generative AI models using Python and relevant frameworks.

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience in developing Python frameworks such as DL, ML, FastAPI, and Flask.

- Strong practical experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations.

- Hands-on experience with Vector Stores.

- Proficiency in utilizing Azure OpenAI services.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts and algorithms.

- Proficient in Python and common libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and deployment tools.

Soft Skills :

Education :
