Python Developer - Flask/Django

Role : Python Developer (57 Years Experience)

Location : Fully Remote

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and Development

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.

- Build robust backend systems using Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Design APIs and integrate third-party services and data sources.

Architecture & System Design :

- Contribute to architectural decisions and develop software components with a focus on scalability and performance.

- Ensure system reliability, maintainability, and best design practices.

Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.

- Implement and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure high code quality.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers.

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Deployment & CI/CD :

- Work with DevOps teams to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

- Contribute to containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.

Remote Work Efficiency :

- Maintain clear and prompt communication with the team.

- Effectively use remote collaboration tools like Git, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.

- Manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with new Python releases, libraries, and tools.

- Suggest improvements to enhance software performance and developer productivity.
