Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, API design, databases, and cloud-based application development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable software solutions and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data management.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

- Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.

Required Skills :

- 6- 10 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments is preferred.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or automation projects is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
