Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python programming, web frameworks, cloud technologies, database management, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Build reusable, efficient, and secure code.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and stakeholders.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Work with databases and data processing pipelines.

- Implement best coding practices, unit testing, and code reviews.

- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.

- Mentor junior developers and guide technical teams when required.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as :

1. Django

2. Flask

3. FastAPI

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.

- Experience with relational databases :

1. PostgreSQL

2. MySQL

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases :

1. MongoDB

2. Redis

- Experience with cloud platforms :

1. AWS / Azure / GCP

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Good understanding of Git/version control systems.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with asynchronous programming.

- Exposure to data engineering or AI/ML projects is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
