We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our client dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and APIs using Python and Flask.

You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our core products, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications and APIs using Python and Flask, ensuring high performance and reliability for our clients.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring maintainability for long-term project success.

- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure code quality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity for our clients.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability and maintainability for future growth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, including experience with object-oriented design principles and data structures.

- Solid understanding of web frameworks, particularly Flask, and experience building RESTful APIs.

- Ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (e.g., SQLAlchemy).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
