Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and contribute directly to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and well-documented Python code for our core platform and related applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs using frameworks like Flask or Django to facilitate seamless integration between various system components.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

- Deploy and manage applications using containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring high availability.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions, contributing to a robust and reliable codebase.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain system stability.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Extensive experience with web frameworks such as Flask or Django, including building RESTful APIs and handling data persistence.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to integrate backend services with user interfaces.

- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, including deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.

- Ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
