Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key components of our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business growth. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our platform, ultimately benefiting both our clients and the talent we connect them with.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient Python-based APIs and backend services to support our platform's functionality.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end systems.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the maintainability and reliability of our codebase.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure the stability and performance of our platform.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

- Optimize existing code and infrastructure to improve performance and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django or Flask for building web applications and APIs.

- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ORM libraries.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development principles.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
