About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, experience with backend development, API integration, database management, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.

- Build and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data efficiently.

- Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external services.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance issues and technical defects.

- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment processes.

- Contribute to application architecture, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 7+ years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming, object-oriented programming, and data structures.

- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration.

- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.

- Knowledge of ORM frameworks, database optimization, and query performance tuning.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.

- Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.

- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
