Job Title : Python Developer with Azure Synapse

Experience Required : 5+ years

Location : Hyderabad

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in PySpark, Pandas, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

The role involves building efficient data pipelines, optimizing large-scale data processing workflows, and integrating backend solutions with Synapse for analytics and reporting.

This position blends backend development and data engineering responsibilities to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and backend workflows using Python, PySpark, and Pandas.

- Build and optimize ETL processes for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

- Integrate with Azure Synapse Analytics for data transformation, modeling, and reporting.

- Orchestrate and automate pipelines using Azure Synapse or similar tools.

- Write optimized PySpark and Pandas code for distributed data processing.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that expose or consume processed data.

- Work with Azure services such as Data Lake, Functions, and DevOps pipelines.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging for production workloads.

- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within Azure environments.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and application developers to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in PySpark, Python and Pandas for backend and data pipeline development.

- Hands-on experience with PySpark for distributed data processing.

- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization.

- Exposure to data transformation and orchestration using Azure services such as Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory (ADF), or Azure Functions.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, backend integrations, and Git/GitHub workflows.

- Knowledge of data governance, security, and best practices for cloud data platforms
