Python Developer - AI/ML

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Python developer with experience in Gen AI, specifically with exposure to agents, model fine-tuning, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, AI/ML, and software development.

Responsibilities :

- Work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Collaborate with the team to develop and fine-tune AI models using agents and other Gen AI techniques

- Lead code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Gen AI

Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Gen AI, specifically with exposure to agents, model fine-tuning, and related technologies

- Proficiency in Python programming and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

- Experience with Flask and other related technologies (e.g., Django, Pyramid)

- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

- Familiarity with popular Gen AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, Generative Adversarial Networks)
