Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in data analysis, Tableau dashboard development, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for building analytical solutions, automating business processes through Python scripts, and working with structured databases.

Key Responsibilities / Expertise :

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and system integration

- Perform data analysis and transformation using Python libraries

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for business insights

- Build and optimize automation workflows using Python

- Work extensively with databases such as MySQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting

- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files)

- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance

- Collaborate with business, BI, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills :

- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

- Strong knowledge of data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

- Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development (data modeling, calculated fields, performance tuning)

- Strong expertise in MySQL and SQL (complex queries, joins, indexing)

- Experience in automation using Python scripts

- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

- Experience with REST APIs and data integration

- Experience with cloud platforms AWS

- Knowledge of job scheduling tools

- Exposure to retail / sales analytics / SAP data sources
