- AI & LLM Integration : Design and deploy AI models, including LLMs, for use in in a financial business operation.

- Agentic AI Systems : Develop autonomous agents capable of chaining tasks such as financial data analysis, summarization, reconciliations and commenting, OCR and Rules Engines, and workflow automation

- SML Applications : Build and validate statistical models for forecasting, risk analysis, and operational optimization.

- Prompt Engineering & RAG : Fine-tune prompts and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to improve model accuracy and contextual relevance.

- Compliance & Governance : Collaborate with AI SWAT and risk committees to ensure models meet legal, privacy, and policy standards

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with IT, data science, and business teams to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable solution.

Job Expectations :

- 8+years

- Experience working in a large financial services company, preferably with Commercial Real Estate

- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

- Working project knowledge on AI, LLM, SML, Agents

- Knowledge and understanding of data visualization & reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python)

- Expert or Advanced level Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

- Exceptional execution, project management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
