Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Python (Pandas), SQL, Airflow, and DBT to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure Data Engineering services and must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python (Pandas), DBT, and Airflow.

- Work with Azure cloud services for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Write optimized SQL queries for complex data transformations and performance tuning.

- Implement data models and maintain data quality across pipelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

- Automate workflows, monitor pipeline performance, and ensure data availability.

- Work independently and contribute to technical decision-making.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.

- Strong expertise in Python (Pandas) for data processing.

- Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformations.

- Proven track record of using Airflow for orchestration and scheduling.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, tuning, stored procedures).

- Solid experience in Azure data engineering stack (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, etc.).

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Snowflake (data modeling, performance optimization).

- Experience with Azure Kubernetes (AKS) for containerized data workloads.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps for data pipelines.
