Urgent Hiring for Real-Time Trading Systems Team

Key Requirements :

- 2-3 years Python backend development experience

- Must-have : Exposure to low-latency systems OR real-time processing

- Building cutting-edge trading bot - real-time data processing expertise essential

Core Technical Skills :

- Python (FastAPI/Flask) + asyncio for high-performance APIs

- Real-time data streaming (WebSockets, Kafka, Redis Streams)

- Low-latency system design & optimization

- Microservices architecture, Docker deployment

- SQL/NoSQL databases (TimescaleDB, Redis, Postgres)

Nice to Have :

- Trading bot development experience

- Exchange API integration (Zerodha, Upstox, Binance)

- C++ or Rust for performance-critical modules

- Background in financial systems

Location : Mumbai

Work Mode : 5 Days WFO

Experience : 2-3 Years
