Job Summary :

We are looking for highly skilled Backend Python Developers with strong experience in building scalable backend applications and API-driven platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python frameworks, asynchronous programming, cloud technologies, databases, and BFSI domain applications.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance backend systems and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python

- Build and manage RESTful API endpoints using Flask, Django, or FastAPI

- Develop asynchronous and high-performance services using AsyncIO

- Work with structured and unstructured databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Integrate cloud storage and services using AWS and S3

- Design and implement gRPC-based communication services

- Work with API management and testing tools such as Postman or MuleSoft

- Collaborate with frontend teams, architects, and business stakeholders

- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and deployment activities

- Follow Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Python backend development

- Hands-on experience with Flask / Django / FastAPI

- Experience in API endpoint creation and microservices architecture

- Strong knowledge of AsyncIO and asynchronous programming

- Experience with NumPy and Pandas

- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Experience with AWS services, especially S3

- Hands-on experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman or MuleSoft

- Knowledge of gRPC implementation and integrations

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Domain Experience :

- BFSI domain experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in scalable distributed systems

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
