Job Title : Senior Python Automation Tester (Python+Tosca)

Experience : 5+ Years in Automation Testing, with significant experience in Tricentis Tosca.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Strategy & Design :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation test scripts.

- Identify and prioritize test scenarios suitable for automation.

Tosca Implementation & Management :

- Expertly utilize Tosca Commander and its core functionalities, including Modules, TestCases, Requirements, TestSheets, and ExecutionLists.

- Develop and maintain Tosca Modules, TestCases, and Test Data Management strategies.

- Optimize and maintain Tosca Test Suites to align with business and testing goals.

Python Scripting & Enhancement :

- Leverage Python scripting for advanced automation scenarios, custom integrations, or to enhance Tosca's capabilities where needed.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks or utilities using Python to support Tosca-based automation.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) efforts by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and test efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in test automation, with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca.

- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation purposes.

- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.

- Experience with UI automation (web and desktop) and API automation (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

- Familiarity with test management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
