Python Automation Engineer - Selenium/Robot Framework

About the Role :

- Follow modular coding standards and apply effective use of Python libraries and packages.

- Implement, maintain, and integrate automation in CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation scripts for scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth automation coverage across the application lifecycle.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, taking ownership of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

- Work proactively to enhance automation coverage, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members when required.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Very strong Python programming skills

- Experience in UI automation using tools such as Robot Framework or Selenium

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have) :

- CI/CD pipeline implementation

- DevOps practices

- AWS or other cloud environments

- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
