Python Automation Engineer - Appium/Mobile Testing

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Appium

- Strong experience in BDD framework using Pytest

- Expertise in Automation Testing for mobile applications

- Experience with Robot Framework

- Knowledge of C#

- Strong understanding of automation framework architecture

- Hands-on experience with parallel execution & device management

- Familiarity with screen recording/debugging tools like scrcpy

- Strong understanding of Appium concepts (desired capabilities, locators, gestures, waits, driver lifecycle, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable mobile automation frameworks using Python

- Implement and maintain automation scripts using Appium for Android/iOS applications

- Develop and execute test cases using Pytest with BDD approach (markers, fixtures, hooks, parametrization)

- Integrate Allure Reporting for detailed test reporting and analysis

- Implement parallel execution and manage multiple device activation

- Contribute to framework enhancement and architectural improvements

- Apply strong OOPS concepts in framework design and explain real-time implementation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions

- Debug failures, analyze logs, and ensure stable automation suites

- Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution
