Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Python Architect with 1215 years of industry experience to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Python professional with deep hands-on coding expertise, strong architectural skills, and extensive experience in cloud-native, serverless, and microservices-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and define end-to-end architecture for Python-based enterprise applications

- Lead hands-on development and provide architectural guidance using Python

- Design, develop, and optimize applications using Django and Flask

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS

- Design and deploy serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and related services

- Drive microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance

- Apply and standardize software design patterns and architectural best practices

- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and design discussions

- Ensure system reliability, security, performance, and maintainability

- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of professional experience in software development

- Extensive hands-on experience in Python development

- Strong expertise in Django and Flask frameworks

- Proven experience with AWS cloud services

- Hands-on experience with serverless architecture, particularly AWS Lambda

- Deep understanding of software design patterns and system architecture

- Strong experience designing and implementing microservices architectures

- Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures

- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
