Python & Agentic AI Developer

We're building Measure&Fix an AI-powered analytics intelligence platform that connects to enterprise data sources (GA4, BigQuery, ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, sales force, offline behavioral data [offline owned by MAF], Amplitude and other digital data sources ), automatically analyses data, generates testable hypotheses with visual variant designs, and deploys live A/B experiments. Think : single prompt to live experiment on web and mobile. No other product does this.

What you'll build :

- Agentic AI workflows using Crew AI that orchestrate multi-step analysis, hypothesis generation, and experiment deployment

- RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) for intelligent data retrieval and context-aware analysis

- LLM integration layer prompt engineering, model evaluation, output parsing, and adaptive caching to manage costs at enterprise scale

- Experimentation engine JavaScript injection for web, Swift/Android SDK integration for mobile A/B test deployment

- Multi-source data connectors for GA4, BigQuery, ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, and Qualtrics

What we need :

- 2+ years Python development (production applications, not just scripts)

- 1.5+ years hands-on with LLMs building applications, not just using ChatGPT

- Real experience with agentic AI frameworks (Crew AI, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar)

- Ability to read, debug, and improve existing codebases not just greenfield development

- Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and embedding models

- API development and integration experience

- Strong problem-solving you figure things out, not wait to be told

Bonus (not required) :

- Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions)

- JavaScript/TypeScript for web experimentation engine

- Swift or Android development experience

- Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques

- Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare)
