Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python AI Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and backend development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), building scalable APIs, and working with modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

The role requires strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working on scalable AI solutions in fast-paced Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications using Python

- Build and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions

- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs for AI applications

- Work on data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and optimization

- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and cloud platforms

- Build intelligent workflows, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation solutions

- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Teams, and DevOps teams for end-to-end solution delivery

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies

- Troubleshoot production issues and improve AI model performance

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras

- Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI model integration

- Knowledge of OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks

- Experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and NLP techniques

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data handling techniques

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with RAG architecture and AI agents

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment strategies

- Experience with chatbot development and conversational AI

- Understanding of data engineering and distributed systems
