We are looking for a highly skilled Python AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming expertise and hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, data processing, and production deployment.

This role involves working closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to build intelligent, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI / ML Model Development :

- Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning and AI models using Python.

- Implement algorithms for supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning use cases.

- Fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Data Processing & Feature Engineering :

- Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.

- Perform feature engineering to improve model performance.

- Work with large datasets using Python libraries.

Application Development & Integration :

- Integrate AI models into production systems, APIs, and applications.

- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to embed AI capabilities into products.

- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-driven functionalities.

Model Deployment & Monitoring :

- Deploy AI/ML models in cloud or on-prem environments.

- Monitor model performance, data drift, and system health post-deployment.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.

Research & Innovation :

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends.

- Experiment with new techniques, frameworks, and architectures.

- Propose innovative AI-driven solutions to business problems.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

- 3- 6 years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI applications.
