Key Responsibilities :

AI/ML Model Development :

- Design, build, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) models.

- Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

- Implement and experiment with algorithms such as regression, clustering, classification, and neural networks.

- Train, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

Python Programming & Automation :

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for AI projects.

- Create modular scripts, reusable components, and automated workflows.

- Implement APIs and microservices to deploy AI functionalities into applications.

Data Engineering & Preprocessing :

- Work with structured and unstructured data; perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and transformation.

- Build data pipelines to prepare datasets for AI model development.

- Integrate data from multiple sources using Python, SQL, and ETL methods.

AI Solution Deployment :

- Deploy machine learning models into production using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

- Utilize cloud services for deploymentAzure, AWS, or GCP (preferred : Azure Machine Learning).

- Build CI/CD pipelines for automated model updates and monitoring.

Research & Innovation :

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, LLMs, generative AI, and automation.

- Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to improve model performance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, XGBoost

- Experience with NLP tools : SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers

- Experience with data libraries : Pandas, NumPy, SciPy

- Experience building REST APIs using Flask/FastAPI/Django.

- Good understanding of SQL and data query optimization.

- Experience with cloud platforms : Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and code management best practices.

Soft Skills

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams.

- Detail-oriented and capable of handling end-to-end project ownership.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or a related technical field.

- Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT), fine-tuning models, vector databases, or RAG pipelines is a strong advantage.
