Workday Security - Consultant /Senior Consultant/ Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to understand security requirements and translate them into effective Workday Security configurations.

- Design and maintain security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and access control standards across Workday modules.

- Document security requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.

- Monitor and audit security configurations to ensure alignment with governance policies.

- Stay current with Workday releases and security best practices.

- Participate in Agile/SAFe development cycles and contribute to solutioning discussions.

What are we looking for?

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Workday Security configuration.

- Strong understanding of Workday's security framework and cross-functional capabilities.

- Experience in documenting and implementing security requirements.

- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.

- Awareness of data protection regulations and compliance standards.

- Nice to Have Workday Security Certification Exposure to other Workday modules (e.g. HCM, Payroll) Experience with audit and compliance processes
