Were looking for a Workday UK Payroll Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager
What youll do :
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams to guide technical teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for Workday optimization and process improvements.
Stakeholder Communication & Agile Collaboration :
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Workday enhancements in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and validation.
- Assist in Workday change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and updates.
What are we looking for ?
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Payroll (UK/ Canada) configuration.
- Strong understanding of Workdays cross-functional capabilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Workday features and enhancements.
- Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
Good to Have :
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday Payroll configurations.
- Support functional areas including Payroll, Security, and User Experience.
- Document business requirements, user stories, test plans, and process flows.
- Analyze cross-product functionality such as Organizations, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding, and Language Translation.
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Work in an Agile/SAFe environment, contributing to iterative development and solutioning discussions.
