Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. ServiceNow SPM Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SPM modules including :

1. Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

2. Demand Management

3. Agile Development

4. Strategic Planning (roadmaps, capacity planning)

- Configure and customize SPM components to meet business requirements.

2. Integrations :

- Develop, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, ERP, etc.).

- Utilize SOAP/REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs for seamless data exchange.

3. Custom Application Development :

- Design and customize SPM applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

- Develop scripts and configurations including :

1. Client Scripts

2. Business Rules

3. Script Includes

4. UI Policies

5. Flow Designer workflows

6. Access Control Lists (ACLs)

4. Portfolio Governance & Best Practices :

- Provide expert guidance on portfolio governance processes, demand prioritization, and strategic planning frameworks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and improve portfolio decision-making.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SPM implementations.

- Strong understanding of enterprise portfolio management processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Certifications (Mandatory) :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Good to Have Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM (CIS-SPM)

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

- Expertise in creating scalable workflows, forms, integrations, and automation.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
