About the Role :

Join our growing team as a Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant, where you'll lead and support payroll implementations for clients across multiple geographies including the US, Canada, and other global regions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Dayforce payroll implementations for global clients.

- Configure Dayforce payroll modules to meet country-specific compliance and business requirements.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to ensure successful deployment.

- Conduct system testing, data validation, and go-live support.

- Provide training and post-implementation support to client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations and systems.

- Proven experience implementing Dayforce Payroll for US, Canada, and global clients.

- Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Dayforce certification(s) or formal training.

- Experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus.

- Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a global environment.
