Overview :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow with 14+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with ServiceNow platform, especially HRSD modules.

- Knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g., onboarding, payroll, benefits).

- Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications using APIs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development.

- Deploy and configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.

- Customize workflows to automate HR tasks like onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.

- ServiceNow Portal Experience.

Experience and Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

- Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist are highly desirable

Technologies and Tools :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud,LDAP, SSO, and Active Directory integrations.
