Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
- Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams
- Proven track record of building and managing successful digital products
- Strong analytical and technical analysis skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in insurance or BFSI
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and product analytics tools
- Exposure to data-driven product management approaches
