About the Role :

We are looking to build a small, high-impact Forward Deployment Team that works closely with customers to deliver pilot implementations and proof-of-value deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work directly with customers to understand business and technical problems and translate them into pilot use cases.

- Design and build end-to-end pilot deployments using the platform.

- Develop backend services, integrations, and workflows to support demo and pilot scenarios.

- Leverage GenAI / LLM capabilities (APIs, prompts, embeddings, existing AI agents) to implement intelligent use cases.

- Integrate platform with enterprise systems (ITSM tools, databases, cloud services, APIs).

- Collaborate with Product Engineering team to feed learnings back into the platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

- Backend development experience and hands-on coding with Python.

- Experience working with GenAI technologies, including LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI etc.), prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based patterns.

- Experience building integrations with enterprise systems (ITSM, CRM, ERP, databases, cloud services).

- Exposure to cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers), DevOps practices (CI/CD), and observability.

- Front-end familiarity with JavaScript and React.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.

EDUCATION :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

- Certifications in Cloud, AI, UI, Design and Enterprise Architecture are a plus.
