Role Overview :

As a Python Technical Architect, you will serve as a pivotal leader in designing and implementing high-scale, robust software solutions that drive digital transformation for our global clients. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and engineering squads to ensure the delivery of high-performance systems.

This role demands a strategic mindset to navigate architectural challenges while maintaining a hands-on approach to modern software engineering practices, directly influencing the scalability and reliability of our client's digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices-based systems using Python to meet evolving business needs.

- Lead the technical strategy for cloud-native applications, ensuring seamless integration with AWS services to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for code quality, system design, and the implementation of RESTful webservices to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Define and oversee the CI/CD pipeline strategy to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure high-quality software delivery across distributed environments.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask to maintain a competitive edge in solution delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex system architectures using Python, with a deep understanding of microservices patterns and event-driven design.

- Proven ability to leverage cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong proficiency in developing and managing RESTful webservices, ensuring high availability and performance in enterprise-grade applications.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- 10 to 16 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant tenure in technical leadership or architecture roles.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a distributed, global work environment across multiple locations.
