Role Overview :

As a Dev Specialist focusing on Java Microservices, Cloud and AI, you will serve as a technical anchor within our engineering teams in Bangalore. You will be responsible for architecting and building scalable, high-performance backend systems while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, and cloud architects, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Excellent hands-on programming and coding skills along with good grasp on System Design, HLD for complex microservices ecosystems to ensure system modularity, scalability, and maintainability.

- Develop and optimize backend services using Java and Spring Boot to deliver high-throughput, resilient applications for our enterprise clients.

- Build and maintain event-driven data pipelines using Kafka to facilitate real-time data processing across distributed systems.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker / Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical system designs that balance performance, cost, and time-to-market.

Tech Stack :

- Java 8 & above, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS.

- Gen AI, Agentic workflows, LLM, Prompt Engineering.

Required Skillset :

- 6 - 9 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and Kafka.

- Proven ability in design including HLD and system design, with a focus on fault tolerance and performance.

- Practical experience in integrating AI models and performing Prompt Engineering to solve real-world business challenges.

- Proficiency in deploying and managing cloud-native applications within the Azure / AWS ecosystem.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- A proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and adapting to the hybrid work environment.
