Role : Post Silicon Validation Engineer

Areas of Responsibility :

- Very strong in x86 architecture validation

- Engineer will be responsible for creating & executing platform & IP validation test plan for pre-silicon and post-silicon environment to qualify all the features supported by the Silicon

- Complete ownership of enabling and validating different IPs.

- System Bring up with different configurations for Post Silicon Validation

- Interface with cross-functional teams like IP/Silicon Design, Signal Integrity, FW, BIOS & QA. Execution of test suites, analyse and debug issues, creating reports

Key Skills :

- Post Silicon, IO I2C/I3C, UART, GPIO, SPI, Perl, Ruby, Python, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, signal generators

Experience :

- 8+ years of experience

- Working knowledge of various IO I2C/I3C, UART, GPIO, SPI

- Strong scripting skills (eg. Perl, Ruby, Python).

- Extensive experience with debug techniques and methodologies.

- Extensive experience with engineering lab equipment, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, signal generators, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of PC architectures and system technologies.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer facing interaction.

- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data quickly is a must.
