Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Define and implement end-to-end MuleSoft integration architecture to support business needs.

- Provide technical leadership in designing scalable and reusable APIs and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Define best practices for API-led connectivity, security, error handling, and logging.

- Drive governance and standardization of MuleSoft development across projects.

Development & Implementation:

- Hands-on experience in building interfaces on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Lead the development team in designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Oversee and guide the resolution of production defects while adhering to SLAs.

- Work on enhancements and bug fixes in existing MuleSoft applications.

- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture guidelines and MuleSoft best practices.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Mule ESB (v4.x and above), API Manager, CloudHub, and Anypoint Connectors.

- Expertise in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API (SOAP, REST), and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, LDAP).

- Strong DataWeave transformation skills.

- Understanding of MuleSoft workflow components, patterns, pub-sub, routing, filtering, and exception handling.

- Hands-on experience in unit testing (MUnit), debugging tools (SoapUI, Postman), and API documentation (RAML, OpenAPI/Swagger).

DevOps & Deployment :

- Manage AnyPoint CloudHub environments and ensure smooth deployments.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for MuleSoft applications.

- Ensure optimal performance tuning, catching strategies, and monitoring.

Agile Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead Agile/Scrum teams, manage sprints, and ensure on-time delivery.

- Act as a mentor for junior developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.

- Work closely with business teams, architects, and DevOps engineers to align integration solutions with enterprise goals.

API Governance & Security :

- Define API lifecycle management, versioning strategies, and access control policies.

- Implement security best practices for integrations, including encryption, tokenization, and identity management.
