Proziod Analytics - Opentext Exstream Engineer

Role Purpose :

To design, develop, test, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop document composition solutions using OpenText Exstream.

- Analyze business and client requirements to create efficient and scalable solutions.

- Implement, test, and deploy Exstream applications to meet performance and quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exstream templates, workflows, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

- Optimize existing Exstream templates and processes for improved efficiency.

- Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, flow diagrams, and user guides.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Support production deployments and handle post-deployment maintenance.

- Stay updated with the latest OpenText Exstream features and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skill :

- Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (Design Manager, Communications Server, Empower, or related modules).

- Proficiency in designing templates, business rules, and workflows within Exstream.

- Experience integrating Exstream with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or databases).

- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and related technologies.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
