We are seeking an experienced WLAN Developer Team Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of advanced wireless driver solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in WLAN technologies (802.11ac/11ax), deep kernel programming knowledge, and proven leadership skills to mentor and guide junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and optimization of WLAN features and drivers.

- Architect and implement solutions for wireless networking products ensuring high reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on firmware, driver integration, and system validation.

- Review and guide junior team members code, ensuring best practices and quality.

- Debug complex issues related to wireless connectivity, kernel programming, and networking performance.

- Stay updated with emerging WLAN standards and bring innovation to the product line.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 68 years of hands-on experience in wireless driver development (802.11ac/11ax).

- Strong expertise in C Programming and Data Structures.

- Solid knowledge of Linux kernel programming and device drivers.

- Experience working on networking/wireless products.

- Exposure to Atheros/Qualcomm wireless drivers is a strong advantage.

- Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project ownership experience.
