Job Description :

Proxelera Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RTL Architect to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. As an RTL Architect, you will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of complex digital circuits and systems. You will work closely with other engineers to define architecture, implement RTL code, and ensure the quality and performance of our products.

Responsibilities :

- Architecture and Design : Define the micro-architecture and specifications for digital circuits and systems based on system-level requirements.

- RTL Implementation : Develop high-quality, efficient, and well-documented RTL code in Verilog or SystemVerilog.

- Verification : Develop and execute verification plans, including testbench creation, simulation, and debugging.

- Synthesis and Timing Analysis : Work with synthesis tools to optimize designs for performance, power, and area. Perform timing analysis and resolve timing violations.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other engineers, including verification, physical design, and software teams.

- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed design documentation.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

- Innovation : Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve design quality and efficiency.

- Experience : 3-8 years of experience in RTL design and verification.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Verilog or SystemVerilog.

- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for simulation, synthesis, and timing analysis (e.g., Cadence,

Synopsys, Mentor Graphics).

- Experience with verification methodologies (e.g., UVM, OVM).

- Knowledge of computer architecture and microprocessor design is a plus.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) is a plus.
