Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Designer who thrives as a strong individual contributor while also having the depth to guide and scale design efforts. You will shape experiences across both our consumer app and partner app, crafting intuitive, human-centered flows that solve real problems and build trust on both sides.

What Youll Do :

- Own end-to-end design for key problem areas, from discovery to fulfillment

- Translate complex consumer and partner needs into clear, simple, and transparent experiences

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to ship practical solutions at scale

- Build and evolve a design system that balances speed with consistency

- Lead design discussions, influence product direction, and mentor future design contributors

What Were Looking For :

- A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, UX depth, and visual craft

- Ability to balance consumer-first empathy with partner operational realities

- Comfort with ambiguity and the skill to bring clarity and structure through design

- Strong IC skills with the appetite to grow into a design leader and mentor
