We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep expertise in managing and delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs.

The ideal candidate combines strong program/project management skills, governance expertise, and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence across global IAM initiatives.

Profile : Program Manager Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Required Experience : 6 to 8 yrs.

Preferred Location : Navi Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs across multiple clients in India and globally.

- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs aligned with client objectives.

- Manage cross-functional project teams (IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and vendor partners).

- Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, and PAM domains, ensuring integration quality and compliance.

- Maintain program governance: risk management, financial tracking, reporting, and executive updates.

- Drive timely milestone achievement, value realization, and client invoicing.

- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid models).

Required Skills :

- Technical IAM Knowledge (hands-on or oversight experience) :

1. SSO/MFA: Okta, Ping Identity.

2. IGA: Saviynt, SailPoint.

3. PAM: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent.

- Program/Project Management Skills: 6+ years of total experience with at least 4 years managing IAM or security programs.

- Expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP (Program Management Professional).

- Agile/Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe).

- ITIL or equivalent Service Management certification is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.

- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
