Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive projects end-to-end from problem statement to implementation taking ownership of business impact, technical quality, and operational excellence.

- Break down complex problems and design scalable solutions, create implementation and test plans, and execute them with the team on committed timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical initiatives that strengthen scalability, security, and maintainability of our systems.

- Contribute to defining and upholding engineering best practices and coding standards.

- Work on core company products such as Jobspikr, 42Signals, Datastock, delivering high-quality, production-grade code.

- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and AI tools that improve productivity and product quality.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- 2 -4 Years of professional, hands-on full-stack development experience with the React/Next.js framework and languages such as Ruby/Python.

- Exposure to AI tools and their practical adoption in engineering workflows.

- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful API design.

- Strong experience in writing scalable, maintainable, and testable code with an agile mindset.

- High-performance mindset with a focus on quality, ownership, and accountability.

- Excellent communication skills able to explain technical decisions, share best practices, and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.
