Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer III (Java + AWS) with strong full-stack development experience and solid exposure to cloud architecture.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AWS, along with experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, designing robust solutions, and contributing to both development and cloud architecture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable web and microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain full-stack applications (UI using ReactJS and backend services)

- Work on AWS cloud environments including application setup, monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tuning.

- Act as a junior-level AWS architect, contributing to solution design and cloud best practices.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Analyze user requirements and determine necessary system enhancements or changes.

- Participate in Agile (SCRUM) ceremonies and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and support DevOps initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and cloud environments.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for integration and system-related issues.

- Provide ongoing system support and ensure application reliability and performance.

- Mentor junior team members and support technical decision-making when required.

Must Have Skills :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with ReactJS for frontend development.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience working with AWS, including:

i. Application deployment and configuration

ii. Monitoring and logging (CloudWatch, etc.)

iii. Alerting and performance tuning

- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab preferred) and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM) and TDD methodologies.

- Exposure to other cloud platforms such as Azure or SAP BTP is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills :

- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect).

- Experience in multi-cloud environments.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
