Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead (MuleSoft) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves endtoend ownership of integration delivery, especially HIS (Hospital Information System) integrations and connectivity with multiple external systems such as CRM, ERP, mobile applications, and thirdparty services.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Development :

- Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).

- Build System, Process, and Experience APIs following APIled connectivity principles.

- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for enterprise and external integrations.

- Implement complex DataWeave transformations (JSON, XML, CSV).

Large Scale Integration Delivery :

- Contribute to delivery of high volume, high availability integrations.

- Handle integrations across multiple systems such as CRM, ERP, HIS, mobile/web apps, and thirdparty platforms.

- Implement robust error handling, logging, retries, and monitoring mechanisms.

- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Platform, Security & DevOps :

- Apply API security using OAuth2, JWT, certificates, and TLS.

- Support deployments on CloudHub / Hybrid / Onprem runtimes.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using Anypoint Monitoring and logs.

Collaboration & Quality

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.

- Work closely with architects, integration leads, QA, and business teams.

- Contribute to technical documentation and integration specifications.

- Support production issues and root cause analysis.

Qualifications & Experience : Must Have :

- 5-6 years of handson experience in MuleSoft development.

- Strong experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform.

- Proven experience delivering largescale and complex integrations.

- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML.

- Handson expertise with DataWeave.

- Experience with API Manager and applying API policies.

- Understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

- Ability to work independently on complex integrations.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ownership mindset and attention to delivery quality.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Runtime Fabric or Kubernetesbased deployments.

- Exposure to healthcare, BFSI, or enterprise domains.

- MuleSoft Developer Certification.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).
