Prompt Engineer - Generative AI

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with 1- 4 years of experience to work on Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing, optimizing, and evaluating prompts for AI models, along with a good understanding of programming logic.

Candidates with Java experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, craft, and optimize effective prompts for Generative AI models to achieve desired outputs.

- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to integrate AI-generated responses into applications.

- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, coherence, and performance.

- Experiment with different prompt structures to improve model response quality.

- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt templates, use cases, and results.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Ideal Candidate :

- 1- 4 years of experience in AI, NLP, or software development roles.

- Proven experience in prompt writing for large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in Java or another programming language is preferred.

- Understanding of GenAI concepts such as context windows, temperature tuning, and model behavior.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with LangChain, LLMOps, or prompt testing frameworks.

- Exposure to REST APIs, or cloud-based AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI)
